I received this device as a comp to test and review. For the price of 20 USD, I’m very impressed with the sound quality and the quick blue tooth connect. The manufacturing quality is all there too. I’ll be using these for Teams conference calls. I’ll update if something changes. Seeing as this company is willing to send Comp devices with follow-ups, their customer support is superb!

The device when linked to my laptop for Teams meetings has fallen short. The sound is slightly muffled, but more so, when I speak, my team has had a difficult time hearing me properly – very muffled. I would give this a 3-star, but with the customer service, a 4-star.

The device is no longer worth the effort. During a conference call, the right side failed. I had to reconnect (during a call conference call mind you), then my voice was heard as muffled again. I’ll retire this device for another task, maybe just blue-tooth headphones. I’d give it a ONE-star, but the customer service is still above average.

Top Critical Review

Since I get Amazon questions to answer on this item, I thought I’d do a review.
They are nice & almost comfy for me right out of the box. The charging box was appealing but the flap is a little inconvenient to close & keep closed.
My biggest complaint is that the battery life is not as depicted in the description. They claim 5-hrs & as I understand it, I could get 100-hrs if I used the recharging box & wall outlet. However, the pair I had was a playback of 3-hours in the left & 3.5-hrs. in the right. So reaching 100-hrs is so far fetched & even making it to 5-hrs is a let down.

Back to doing more research to get a different pair & possibly with another brand.
