I had surgery on my wrist and was in a cast past my elbow. This cover helped keep me sane during my recovery. I did have to be assisted to put it on but that is because it requires 2 hands to keep the top open while you put your arm inside. I used it everyday during my recovery and it held up to the daily showers and my cast stayed dry! The surgical center gave me umbrella bags to keep my arm dry but this was so much easier and didn’t require me to tape my arm every time I wanted to shower.

work great at first but after about 4 week of usage, I notice a drip of water get into the tube. I found minor hole on Thumb area, that seems like seal is got loose and lost its contact. I taped it but its still leaking. Considering the price I would expect more long term of usage, not just a mo. Now I just deal with small leak by put some piece of towel in there since I still go through another 3week of cast. I liked the product overall but due to of short durability 3/5.
