I received a replacement recently and they seem pretty good. The audio quality of the speaker and microphone are on par with other SpeakerMicrophones. The connector plugs in easily and stays plugged in. I have used the microphone for about a week and I am happy with it.
It did take some time for the seller to get back to me but I understand that with Covid and all. I am very happy with their approach to resolve my issue. Now that everything is opening back up I will be using my radio a lot more and will be very happy with this microphone.

The mics seemed to work will for the first 5 minutes. Sound quality was barely OK, but at this price I understood.
First problem is I could not hear or transmit. Looked down and noticed the jack was not fully seated so I pressed it back in. After a minute or so it happened again, and again. Time getting shorter and shorter.
It seems the spacing is off just enough that they just don’t stay plugged in. I have three different radios, two brands and all different models. Same thing everywhere, it’s not the radios, it’s the mic.
Second issue, it came with a pretty little card stating “any problems, contact us” with an email address. I sent several messages and never got a reply.

Complete junk. Cheap does not even describe these things. Sound quality is better with 2 paper cups and a string. The push buttons dont work half the time. I have returned 4 sets of these because they all turned out to be garbage. I am a sgt for a security firm and for the price i thought id try them. What a waste. First day i returned 3 sets.

Answer: All the arcshell HTs I saw operate at VHF 400-470 MHz which these HTs also cover and more.

will this work on a Uniden Pro401 HH walkie talkie?
Answer: If it uses kenwood compatible connectors it will.

Will this work on baofeng gt-1 radio?
Answer: Should it’s the same brand.

Will this fit a cell phone? I’ve got a walkie talkie app on my phone.
Answer: Probably no because it has 2 Jacks to plug in and phone have 1.
