I’m glad I bought this! I bought an ipad mini and a few days after the 90 day return window, the home button jammed and would not work. Luckily I was able to get a refund through this warranty. My only complaint is that when you try to file a claim online it tells you to call Apple to use the their warranty. If you call though, they are much more helpful. Be warned: they don’t pay you back for the sales tax, just the purchase price. They send you a shipping label for UPS. Within 24 hours of me dropping it off at UPS, they sent me a refund via Amazon gift card (even though I had used my credit card to pay for it). Overall, decent service and fast refund.

my son cracked his screen with in two weeks of owning it i paid 121.57 for one tablet an 2 years protection plan ?? i called them to file claim all i wanted for them to resend me tablet but no they want to send me gift card for 84.99 to amazon that doesn’t even cover purchasing a new tablet an the rest of the 2 years goes to waste bc it wont cover the new tablet im so mad an upset i wasted 60 on protection plan (i purchased 2 tablets an protection plans)
