Asurion will do ANYTHING they can to NOT PAY and PassTheBuck to Amazon and many other parties such as Manufacturers, who then expect you to pay shipping fees/etc. They tell you, ??GREAT NEWS, YOU HAVE COVERAGE BY MANUFACTURER?? WHY DID I SPENT MONEY WITH ASURION ??? This is NOT a way to HOPE to get protection plan.Instead, in MOST PURCHASES, we are directed to Manufacturer warranties with which substantial expense and time is incurred. If you understand this, PERFECT. If not – BE AWARE.

Don’t mind all the emails, PHONE CALLS< claim numbers, trips to infection areas like post offices, etc. Come on, we PAID FOR INSURANCE, why did we bother. I forgot my password. How do i reset the tablet?
Answer: The best I can determine from the very crappy User Manual, is to locate the small hole just below the volume control buttons and stick a pin in it. The manual also references doing this via the “Storage and Backup” selection under “Settings” but since you can’t get to that, the little pin button seems to be your only choice.
will this tablet work on the 5g network?
Answer: Not sure but it works on Verizon.
