If you have kids or you are just very hard on stuff, Asurion Protection Plan is worth the extra money. Very easy to use. I have used it several times and they have replaced or refunded me every time. And it’s not just for electronics. They cover a lot of items. So unless you just like spending money and throwing away damaged stuff then this is not for you. Me, I put it on almost everything I can just for a little piece of mind.

This “insurance” does not actually replace the product you purchased. Their replacement is a cheap very very basic product in the be same category as the original purchase. For example: my plan was for a very nice gaming headset that happened to be on sale . ($69) USB wireless dongle to be used on a PC. The “replacement” is a Bluetooth wireless headphone to be used on a cellphone that I could get from a drugstore (<$10). Only an extremely guillable or naive person could not tell the difference. They also want you to send back the defective product in order to get the replacement. Since I have absolutely no use for the cheap headset I am better off keeping the broken ones until I can find a decent pair. Oh, and never even considering the Asurion plan again when I do. Please stop scamming customers. Thanks.

Answer: Yes

Do the cans rotate?
Answer: Yes, only partly. They can rotate 90?? sideways or 90?? upward.

I thought being on Bluetooth 5 would solve audio latency while gaming on mobile,but the audio stil lags. How come?
Answer: Check audio settings and maybe reset your phone.

Can I buy an adapter to charge these in wall plug instead of computer?
Answer: Yup. Any wall adaptor or surge protector with USB outlets and a USB-A to USB-C cable will work

will the noise cancelling work with the AUX port?
Answer: Thanks for your question. Kindly know this headphone does not support the use of noise-canceling mode in wired mode.
