(UPDATE AT END OF REVIEW) I ordered these, then canceled due to some negative reviews about adhesion, but then re-ordered when I noticed all reviews for cable clips complain about adhesion. I figured Amazon always takes care of refunding unsatisfactory orders.

Pleasantly surprised that these stick really well. Like, need a pry away w/ a standard flat screwdriver if you want to remove them. Maybe the manufacturer changed adhesives or something, because adhesion is not a concern at all, at least in February 2020.

I like that they clip closed and you have to specifically open them. They work well for my use case (see photo). I also used them to clip an extension cord to my baseboards.

UPDATE: 2 weeks later — about 10% of the clips adhesion has failed. Sometimes the adhesive strip comes off the clip, sometimes both the clip and the adhesive surface comes off the surface to which they are attached. My review is still 4/5 stars for now, because the price is super low and I can always add more clips to distribute the weight. I’d still buy these again, just want to caveat the review.

I??m not sure why, but these feel like they would have great adhesion, but after a couple of weeks, my cables fall. I added a few more along the way, thinking maybe the cables were too heavy? Just two Ethernet cords, and hdmi, and a power cable though. These were cheap enough that I??m not upset about it, but the adhesive would need to be better for me to be satisfied.

Will these close on bulky computer wire? About how thick? How big are these clamps in addition to depth?
Answer: Yes they can close over 3-4 cable wires with the wires being about 1/4 inch thick. They are 1and 3/4 ” long with 1and1/4″ for the cables inside the clamp. Made by 3M.

How many come in a single order?
Answer: 50 Pcs

Has anyone put these on a painted wall? If so did it take the paint with it?
Answer: I have not used them on a painted wall but since the adhesion is very strong on other surfaces, I would guess that it will take the paint off once removed. Hope this helps.
