Many items, sold on Amazon, are not warrantied in the USA. I suspected this when I purchased my Epson 17 x 23 printer, and I was right. Unfortunately Amazon does not warn you when you are purchasing off the grey market, and if is expensive, as was this printer, it is wise to purchase a warranty. Even though Consumer Reports feel that these warranties are a rip off, I think that this is the acception.

My wife and I are a small business. So we biy computers and monitors from amazon and insure them with Asirion.

I will no longer use Asurion. They ship out packages and labels for laptops to be repaired but not monitors.

So they sent us an email label to pay the shipment of a 49?? Samsung monitor which slowly died one usb port at a time back to their repair center. We packed it in a TV box fully bunble wrapped and secured as we??ve done for many others we have shipped over 30 years.

Two days ago, they denied our coverage for this $1500.00 monitor claimimg it was dropped on ??all four corners?? and damaged. Well, THEY picked the shipper (UPS Ground) and they paid the shipping. If someone dropped it, it was their subcontractor. Did they not take out insurance on the shipping??

Answer: I had the Zoom H4, this has better mics, way lower noise floor and very large and accurate sound. Highly recommended.

Answer: Not really complicated, it is very user friendly. It is designed for recoding classic music. It has very good sound affect.
