I got refunded $4.00 less than what I paid for my product. Which is not a big deal overall, but my protection plan did say it would cover musical instruments valued from 90 to 99$. My product was 98.99 and I got refunded 94.98$. If there was a reason why they took off money for my refund then it was not explained to me. Even then I’m sure it’s a dumb excuse.
Also when purchasing the protection plan it is advertised on Amazon for 4 years but when you look at the fine print it is only for 2 years.
I also did not like using their chat system. I feel confident that I was speaking to a bot and not an actual person.
But otherwise, they did exactly what they said they were going to do. As soon as they got the returned item I was issued a digital gift card, which I used to towards a replacement item. I just had to pay for the difference and I already purchased a second protection plan with them for the new instrument.

They dont cancel or refund your money when you return or cancel the item attached , mke sure you take the extra steps to mke sure it gets canceled if you send something back. A nice way to squeeze more money out of us.
