I normally don’t buy this kind of plan, but for a self-installed car radio, I appreciated the peace of mind, knowing I had the insurance but especially the tech support during installed if needed. I usually like crutchfield for this but Amazon Radio + Insurance was a lot cheaper than the Crutchfield Radio. (On this vehicle I was pretty sure i had the procedure so I had some confidence I wouldn’t need crutchfield level tech support.)

Fortunately, I haven’t had to use this service yet but for something like a self-install, I appreciated having the peace of mind.

I will do an update when Email is received. So far, I have not yet received a copy of policy to read by E mail or print, Although funds have been debited from my account by asurion. I am not a fan of E mail anything that is an important document. As anything can happen in 3 years of coverage. Tech wise. To date Tech verified policy coverage has not proven to me.
I have no idea at all if the Asurion policy purchased through Amazon policy for product insured, is any good at all. I prefer paper policy to read and have on file, and an online registration of product insured that is verified as registered e mailed to me. So far I only have proof that I paid for the policy warranty coverage. Wait and see a few days. The Email may be sent to my given address, If not. Asurion will get their product back.

How can you tell what Sound Mode you are in? I there an on screen display or light?

Can I use bluetooth headphones with this sound bar? Can the sound transmit to bluetooth headphones instead of playing audibly in the room?

Thank you for your inquiry, Sound bar Bluetooth only works as input signal allowing audio signal from your TV or music device like a phone. Currently, HTG700 doesn??t have output capability to support headphones.

Does this system have Chromecast built in?

Hi BigBhuddah, Thank you so much for your inquiry! Unfortunately, no. The HTG700 does not have chromecast built-in. For this feature, we recommend checking our HTA7000 which has chromecast built-in.
