My Sony WH-1000XM4 left ear pod broke outside of Sonys one year warranty. Contacted Asurion and after a fifteen minute form fillout they gave me a label and asked me to ship it out to then for repair. Got it back about a week and half later with the device good as new. Deducted one star because I had to refer to my previous emails to keep track of my claim number, and I wish the process was quicker. No centralized place to manage your warranties if you have more than one. But Overall I was satisfied and glad I bought this.

We bought this insurance policy for headlights that cost 700.00. We have been trying to get back our 700.00 after the headlights caught on fire.. What good is insurance if they don??t ever get back to you even after jumping through every hoop they asked for. Never had to use insurance before even though we also paid for insurance for electronics. Don??t believe we will be buying insurance again. We will still prosue this claim. I am tired of having burnt headlights in my living room with no where to send them.

Customer Questions & Answers

sound leakage
Answer:

They do leak sound because they’re and open-back headphone so if others are around you and you have the volume up louder they’ll hear it but if you have the volume lower then I don’t think it would be much of a problem. The Hifiman HE-400 has much more sound leakage than the HD600 and of the open-back HP’s I’ve heard ??

Answer:

It depends on the music. If you are looking for wired headphones that give you an audiophile experience with the human voice, easy listening jazz, etc., then the Sennheiser HD series is evidently considered the best within the under $500 price range. Most reviews that I have read prefer the older Sennheiser 600 over t??

Can these headphones do Rock/Metal? I keep hearing mixed reviews.
Answer: do you think that $400 headphones will not play rock/metal? why not?
of course they can! but they’re not especially bass heavy, which might be disappointing for some unexperienced listeners.

Are these as good as Beats by Dre?
Answer:

They should be better than any Beats headphones. However, these are sort of “balanced” headphones with a signature Sennheiser veil. This basically means they are darker, or a little recessed in the highs, with slight emphasis in the mids. These are very similar to the 650, only the 650 sounds slightly darker, and the 6??

bass response?
Answer:

I’ll put it this way: These cans play the song that was recorded the way it was recorded. If the artist didn’t make it thump these won’t make it thump. So if you want your headphones to add bass that wasn’t recorded by the artist then these won’t do that. These play EXACTLY what was recorded. So if you don’t like the b??
