Bought a clock for my senior father (large display) that konked out a few months in – the display just ‘went’. The return and refund process was simple (UPS drop off, and once scanned, refund was in my amazon account). would use again for electronics, especially when not recognizing the brand name.

I trusted that this warrantee would cover a power converter for overseas travel and work in Afghanistan in the Middle East. When the items stop working in less than two months, I tried to invoke the warrantee which only resulted in this company and Amazon pointing the finger at each other. Meanwhile I am halfway around the world in support of our military forces as a contractor, unable to convert from 220 V to 110 V in the course Of my daily work effort.
