Must have for all devices purchased on Amazon they fulfill their promise and take care of your devices, they helped me with my daughters RCA kids tablet that stopped working after a month, I called because I had a hard time filing a claim online it was too complicated for me, I talk with a nice lady who got me all taking care of in no time she emailed me a shipping label to take my daughters tablet to ups free of charge they give you 72 hours to return your item I took the tablet to ups the next day and was refunded in 24 hours with a Amazon gift card for the full amount of my daughters tablet, I had her new tablet right on time for Christmas and yes I purchased this insurance again very pleased.

Asurion will do ANYTHING they can to NOT PAY and PassTheBuck to Amazon and many other parties such as Manufacturers, who then expect you to pay shipping fees/etc. They tell you, ??GREAT NEWS, YOU HAVE COVERAGE BY MANUFACTURER?? WHY DID I SPENT MONEY WITH ASURION ??? This is NOT a way to HOPE to get protection plan.Instead, in MOST PURCHASES, we are directed to Manufacturer warranties with which substantial expense and time is incurred. If you understand this, PERFECT. If not – BE AWARE.

Between our household and a bunch of extended family, we have never tried to fool system or scam, merely get a rare bit of recovery for INSURANCE we paid for, NOT TO BE SENT TO A THIRD AND FOURTH PARTY TO PAY ALL SHIPPING
