Asurion paid for shipping for repairs, assessed that the device couldn’t be fixed and gave me an Amazon credit for the exact amount of the cost of the device. I am able to buy the same one as before, or now that a newer model is out, I can purchase that for very little out of pocket. If you’re like me and my family, we are hard on devices, and the Asurion accident protection has always taken care of us.

One star only because zero stars is not an option. My tablet was covered by a 4 year accidental damage warranty from ASURION. When my tablet was damaged ASURION refused to honor the warranty. There is a list of ‘not covered’ actions in the policy and ASURION could not point to any of those items listed as the reason for denying coverage, they just simply said ‘we will not cover this accident’. Basically, if something happens and you need to file a claim they deny it, even if the accident was not an excluded event, totally worthless coverage when you need it. Shame on Amazon for allowing a company like ASURION to even do business on their platform!

Most every category of electronics here is mislabeled or has straight up bs misleading info included on the page that belongs to another product like the Zenfone 7 Pro showing data for a damn Nokia.

Is this voice activated?
Answer: The Samsung Galaxy A7 Tab 2020 has Google Assistant installed. Once you get Voice recognition set up, voice activation can be utilized.

I concur fully with Kindle Customer’s answer. I own the older Galaxy Tab S5e, which has the same basic chassis & four Atmos speakers as this one though its screen is probably better than the A7. I recently obtained a similar vintage iPad as part of my newspaper subscription. Though there are some things the iPad works ??
