This is the first time I have bought an extended warranty for anything. I purchased an iPad for my son and was concerned about him potentially spilling a drink or dropping the tablet. This policy promised to cover that.
And it did! I called Asurion to make a claim due to water spilling on it ( tablet turned on, but screen was all white). They sent a prepaid shipping label and I mailed it first thing on Monday. I had the tablet returned repaired and fully functional on Thursday of the same week. Needless to say I was thrilled! Thank you for taking care of my claim in such a quick and easy manner.

sold as a supplement insurance – but it seemed I was between the amazon return date and the manufacturers warranty…..

I never heard back from lenovo or amazon about this going on 48 hours

Be careful where you spend your money as ALL these people seem to give you the run around.

you buy extra insurance so you wont have these difficulties – they say “no questions asked”

My laptop just died – I dont know what happened – maybe if I backed over it accidentally with my john deere it would have been covered.

Answer: Yes

Does this one have the dual tray for micro sd card and nano sim?
Answer:

The tablet has a micro tray for the sim and memory.

To use a nano sim you will need a “sim micro to nano adapter”

Does it make calls using AT&T carrier?
Answer: Yes, you will have to bring it to AT&T, purchase new service for it and they will give you a new SIM card for it. All I did was put internet service on mine and use my Google voice number with the tablet to make calls.

Does this work with straight talk service?
Answer: Yes

What version of android?
Answer:

The most recent release. though a full system update was released by Samsung 2 weeks ago, so you’ll be able to update to st least android 11.2 immediately upon recepit… But you MUST be on a wi-fi network for a system patch install..
