My 15 year old son uses these headphones everyday for almost a year, for his phone and his Xbox pulling them out of one device and pushing them into another. One day they stopped working, I got on the phone with the company right away, I was asked to send an email with my order number from Amazon and date they were purchased. They responded to me right away, confirming my mailing address and apologies regarding the product . About 4 days later the headphones arrived!

I bought 3 pairs for my kids to use on the airplane. Unfortunately the ear phone pad came straight off of one of the pairs while putting them on! You can’t push it back in either. I tried. I really don’t think it was made properly.
Or maybe a defect? The purple/black and green/black ones are so far ok. The colors are cute though! When they came today, my husband was impressed with the “look” of them. Will be ordering another pair. Hopefully those don’t break on us!
