I can not plug everything at my desk in if i only use the two plus in wall. So i needed a great power strip that would also protect my computer from surges. This one offered 10 regular outlets plus 4 usb ports. The cord is 8 ft long so this works perfect t to cover everything at my desk. I love how the plug angles to the right allowing me to use the other outlet easily in my wall if i need to. This is made of copper wired in a flame ty casing for the extra added security and protection of whatever i plug into it . In this case my computer printer and cables. It does have an on and off switch if needed also. It has smart charging allowing my phone and other items to charge at max speed! Great product.

After plugging in the third device, there was a spark and the surge protector tripped and broke. The switch does not work and cannot power on the surge protector. It also tripped the circuit breaker. The circuit breaker for the living room is not overloaded and is wired properly on a 15 amp breaker. I only had plugged in the firestick and DVD player into the surge protector. Then, I plugged in the cable modem. This is absolute junk! Do not buy!

Has anyone actually checked that all the ports negotiate fast charging?
Answer: Yes, my iphone 12 has super fast charging and it works with all plug-ins on this power strip! I use the USB c port mainly!

Is the usb port fast charging for laptop?
Answer: Not sure where Tady is getting her information “5A/18W”. Nowhere in the description does it state the total power available. Besides, 5 amps would equal 25 watts, not 18 watts. (My guess is that the USB power supply is similar to other power strips in this price range, which would be 3.4A/17W.)

Can I plug in a 2 prong device into it?
Answer: Sure, in checking I have 4 2-prong plugs currently plugged in. No problem.

Is usb port surge protected?
