Overall, I definitely recommend this product/insurance. It saved me hundreds of dollars when my camera LCD broke and the repair was relatively fast and hassle-free and i got my camera back almost as good as new.
Communication with the company was a little slow and sometimes I would never receive emails and got very few updates during the process, but it was still a good experience and I would buy and use again!

I have had a bad experience previously, but I’m not sure if I left a review for that one it was a sony camera that just never got fixed after five or six times sending it back. I feel like the same thing is going to happen with my current plan which is for a DJI drone, I am already very upset because I need this drone and its been a couple of months of going back and forth and every time i send it for repair it comes back with the same issue, the camera and gimbal have been replaced but the problem persists. if you wont fix my problem could i get a refund or a replacement? seriously, i need the drone. so if you have an option to get a protection plan somewhere else go for it, oh also also, the website will not recognize my ZIP Code so now I have no idea how I’m going to put in my third claim, thanks Asurion

Does it come with a valid us warranty?

My camera body did not come with a valid U.S. Warranty, so I printed the PDF warranty that appears in the Product Information on this Amazon page. There were warnings on the box that it might not have a valid U.S. warranty, especially if it comes without a lens, or if it is a lens only. That made me question the who??

How good is image quality compared to mid-range priced dslr cameras with standard lens?

You are comparing a larger DX size sensor to the MFT sensor, but after taking that into consideration, I am very impressed with the GX85. In fact a mid-range DSLR would have it’s work cut out one-on-one with this camera. Very smooth tones, and very sharp, snappy image and double image stabilization, (Panny lenses), w??

Are panasonic dmw-ble9 batteries compatible with the gx85?
Answer: Andrew Lossing is correct. I use the BLE-9PP (from the LX100) as a second battery and it works fine with the GX85 though its power rating is slightly lower than the BLE-10 (940 mAh vs. 1025 mAh)
