I have ordered the two pack of cartridges many times. With this last order, when I opened my Amazon order, there was only one cartridge in the box, despite the fact I ordered the two pack and paid $136. I called customer service and they remedied it right away, telling me they would send me another 2 pack of cartridges. When it came, I opened up the box, again, there was only one cartridge in the box. Then I looked at the labels on the actual toner cartridge packaging. One says ??2 print cartridges??. On the other side of the box, it says ??contents: one cartridge?????? So just watch what you buy with what you actually get!!

Toner works great, prints lots of pages, lasts a long time. Problem is HP pricing. I purchased this product several times last year at $52. Today, six months later the cost is now $69. That’s a pretty big jump in price for no apparent reason. HP should be ashamed of themselves. They want you to use their official product but then they drive you to the imitators simply because of their greed.

Answer: I don’t what the c6 means. When I first got my printer the company gave me the wrong cartridges–they were too thick. So I use the HP 83A without problems.

Answer: You can take it to any office supply store like Staples or Office Depot and they will recycle it for you
