Asurion paid for shipping for repairs, assessed that the device couldn’t be fixed and gave me an Amazon credit for the exact amount of the cost of the device. I am able to buy the same one as before, or now that a newer model is out, I can purchase that for very little out of pocket. If you’re like me and my family, we are hard on devices, and the Asurion accident protection has always taken care of us.

One star only because zero stars is not an option. My tablet was covered by a 4 year accidental damage warranty from ASURION. When my tablet was damaged ASURION refused to honor the warranty. There is a list of ‘not covered’ actions in the policy and ASURION could not point to any of those items listed as the reason for denying coverage, they just simply said ‘we will not cover this accident’. Basically, if something happens and you need to file a claim they deny it, even if the accident was not an excluded event, totally worthless coverage when you need it. Shame on Amazon for allowing a company like ASURION to even do business on their platform!

Answer: Been awhile but i think just the power cord.

Answer: Never tried. I know they have a trade in but didn’t want to be without a tablet till got new tablet. Think is involved. Tablet probably has Lithium battery and has shipping regulations

Does this tablet run Adobe Flash Player?
Answer: Not good

Can i download apps like picsart with this? Im trying to edit on different software while having a computer.
