I used this plan on a tablet. The screen got broke after 4 months and I tried to use the plan but they told me that the plan will not cover that specific tablet. So why was I able to link it to that purchase. So Asurion is selling a plan with items that it doesn’t cover. Just knowing that whoever buys electronics is going to want a protection plan. So this one is a scam.

Answer: The back of the unit indicates input voltage of 100-250V.

Does it create a new sid or does it exteneded your current sid, so one does not have to switch to differing networks when in range?

You cannot set it up that way (same SSID) using the WPS method. You’ll have to use a second computer or device (I used my phone). Additionally, you’ll need to also use the same password(s) for your existing SSID(s) and restart Wi-Fi (let it rec??

can you use to wifi extenders in one residence and does it get warm to the touch?
Answer: That’s not good, my ex3700 gets warm to the touch. If your that concerned just turn it off when your not at home. Once

you turn it back on it will pick up current wifi network.

I don’t understand how some people give this 4-5 stars and others can’t get it to work and give it 1 star??
Answer: I ordered one and later learned it was refurbished and that was why it wouldn’t accept my password. When I got a replacement, it worked immediately and well. Fast forward a month and it’s stopped working completely. That’s how you get 1 and 5 star reviews for the same product.

Does this use your network or creates a new one with a different ssid?
Answer: It will create YOUR Network SSID, and ADD “_EXT” after it.
