I recently bought a Trail Camera, and since I would be using it outdoors, I decided to purchase the extended warranty. Well, sure enough, less than 30 days later, it got drenched. Though it was supposed to be waterproof, it wasn’t. So I contacted ASURION, and the people I talked to were accommodating and explained what the process was and when I could expect the claim to be fulfilled. They said up to 72 hours, but once they confirmed their receipt of the wet Trail Camera, I purchased the replacement (different Trail Camera) with the $$ Gift Card deposited in my AMAZON account the next day. I wish everything in life were this easy!!

Bought insurance for camera because the plan said that it would cover drops, spills, cracked screens etc. well I dropped my camera and broke the screen and they are saying that it is not covered. Stay away. 0 stars.

According to the review video, i didn’t see a microphone cable to fit my samsung note 10+. is their an adapter cable to fit both my phone and the mic?
