I bought a new Samsung S7+ tablet and purchased this Asurion insurance at the same time. I have to say that I was very impressed with the ease and speed of the repair turnaround. I cracked my screen over the weekend, submitted a claim and shipped it out to Asurion (overnight via Asurion’s pre-paid UPS label) on a Wednesday. I received the repaired tablet the following Monday. This warranty is garbage! My tablet/laptop broke just after 30 days of owning it and has been back to them 4 times since. They will keep ??fixing?? the item and sending it back to you and never replace the item or give you a credit like they are supposed to. If the item is not repairable they are supposed to replace the item or give you an Amazon credit for the amount you paid. They will not do that. They barely slap a bandaid on it and then send it back to you and tell you they are living up to their agreement. I now have to buy a new laptop and have not been given any credit or replacement on my item.
