I bought this tablet ACCIDENT protection plan along with my renewed iPad Pro 11.
This actually is a very sweet deal because it will cover accidental damages to your iPad for 4 long years.
This is twice the duration apple care+ provides.
So buying a renewed iPad Pro 11 from amazon was way more worth it than buying a new one from apple because now I have 4 year long protection for my LIKE-NEW condition iPad Pro rather than 2 year long protection. And this plan is cheaper too.
so all it all a great investment.

Asurion was unable to fix my laptop that was covered by this protection plan. They said they would refund me the original cost of the laptop which is fantastic. However, they issues the refund in the form of an Amazon Gift Card instead of a refund to my original form of payment. Now I have an enormous credit in my amazon account instead of the cash back in my pocket. I am very pleased that I was given a full refund when they couldn’t fix the laptop but now I have to use the refund on Amazon which is frustrating.
