plan number (check email)
order number of the purchased item
order number of the plan for the purchased item
(search orders works best to locate both of these)

Answer: The maximum weight of the MM700 is 115lbs. So as long as you don’t need to add a sound bar then it will hold the weight. If you are adding a sound bar then we recommend the MM750.

Can we mount with wood paneling over fireplace?

This depends on the thickness of the wood paneling. Ideally, if the panels are wood and there is drywall behind them, then they’re likely not thick enough for an install. The MM700 is designed to be mounted to studs.

Can the MM700 move off the wall all 19″ without any vertical down movement at the same time?
Answer: The MM700 will clear up to a 15″ deep mantel. The furthest off the wall is 16″. The mount does not come out and down. As soon as you pull down it will immediately start dropping in an arc formation.

Answer: I have a vizio soundbar attached to the mount fits snug, you might have to get their soundbar adapter XL for $34.99 for the sonos if its too wide.
