I purchased 2 of these to run Halloween battery string lights that I had purchased from Walmart and each adapter ran for about 8 hours before they completely stopped working. I had purchased 2 of them in case one of them was bad (because of the reviews I had read) and both ended up being bad. Unbelievable waste of time and money. If you need a converter to convert 3 AA battery lights to electric, buy a different brand.
