Ordered a tablet with Asurion protection on a whim, but I’m glad I did since the tablet eventually broke. Calling the Asurion customer support was easy and they covered my tablet with a full refund once I shipped them back the tablet. The only minor issue I experienced was when they emailed me my return shipping label; the link provided kept giving me an error message and the label wasn’t generating. After a day or so, the label did finally show. Not sure if there is a delay from the time you place a request to when the label is actually available for viewing, but if so, it would have been nice to have been told so that way I wasn’t worrying if my claim was processed or not. Aside from that, everything else was a smooth experience! Would buy this protection again for future devices.

I purchased this plan when I bought my granddaughter a tablet. I cannot recommend this protection plan. The process to prove you purchased the item that you in turn purchased the protection plan for is ridiculous. I??ve been waiting hours on an email that was supposed to allow me to finally get matter resolved . No email yet and it??s been hours. I think the hope is that you get so frustrated with the process that you just replace the broken product at your own expense. This has been going on for weeks.
