Worse company ever, you can not call them, the only way you can get a hold of them is through email. I got protection for some wireless headphones, the casing of the headphones broke. I didn’t drop them at all the plastic just came off, I started the process to get them fixed. They just replied to all my communication with them stating that it was a cosmetic issue and therefore they would not help me. Remember, you can’t explain anything to them, you can’t send pictures of the problem, the only thing you can do is provide them with proof of purchase of their protection plan and the product you bought it for. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS IS A SCAM.

Can these headphones be used to aid in hearing the television?
Answer: If your television has a Bluetooth connection they would be a wonderful choice. My mother has hearing aids and has trouble hearing the television. She purchased the version with a cord because her television does not have a Bluetooth connection.
In order to preserve battery life should these be completely or mostly discharged before charging? Can the battery be replaced?
Answer: I’m sorry but the end-user cannot replace the batteries. They are rechargeable and should last a very long time

Answer: The outer is 3in(w)X4in(L). The inside 1.5in(w)X2.5in(l). But you have to remember it is oval (egg shape) shape the inside’s and the outside
