I would buy this insurance every time. I highly recommend it. My Fitbit died and they refunded my money right away. It was super easy. I mailed my broken Fitbit with the provided label and a few days later I had a refund. My mom had the same thing happen and they refunded her money as well. I??m impressed!

What replacement cable would you suggest for going from the headset to the xbox controller? The aux cables I’ve tried only let me hear, not speak. ty

Our JBL Quantum 400 can connect to Xbox through a 3.5mm aux. Please ensure that only one voice chat application is in use while in-game. Be sure you hear a click when the microphone is flipped down. The microphone will only function when it is flipped down fully. If you see a red LED on the microphone, it is muted. If ??

Does the mic disconnect from headset?
Answer: Thanks for your question. The microphone cannot disconnect. It can be pushed up and out of the way and can be muted.

Does the listener on the other end of the phone hear you clearly with the headset of the headset
Answer: Yes they can hear you pretty good. They may have some feedback though when they talk to you. I had issues with this headset.

Can i connect the 3.5mm cable to a pc sound card? not using the usb cable to connect?

The 3.5mm connectors on headphones that have a mic is a 3 signal connector, having a left and right channel for stereo sound, along with the mic. It depends on the sound card that you have and how it provides connections for audio and if it provides a connection for the mic. There isn’t a single answer for this quest??
