I purchased a computer 2 years ago, for some reason I had a problem, within 24 hours they mailed a box and returned my computer in 5 days, they just had to clean it. This product is worth the money. I will always used it from now on, it is inexpensive and they will take care of it. I used to think they would not honor this and I would have problems, not so, no questions asked just great service. I purchased this time a printer, and purchased this product with it, I have no qualms, I feel good to be protected even I might not ever have a problem. recommended highly and Amazon stands behind it, this make me feel good. Thanks.

I purchased a protection plan, which is great that something electronic is covered, however, the email I was sent has no information about what this plan covers. When I went to look it up by the order number provided, it went to the order of the protection plan, not the item it covers. This little bit of information would be very helpful as I have many electronic items and purchase others.
