Asurion is the better of the Amazon warranties, they automatically keep copies. My only compliant is that they don’t put what product you bought on the invoice and I have some I have no idea what it goes for. That is something Amazon should correct, I’m sure I’m not the only one. I have another to review and no idea what it was for.

I think these guys scam you until you continually fight to process your case. I’ve filed and heard nothing for 2 weeks–not even an email confirmation. update: 4 weeks later and 2 emails, NOTHING!

how and where do you put the ink cartridge?
Answer: Plug it in and pull down the door on the front and the cartridge holdes(2) will automatically move to the center so you can access them, good luck ??

Answer: Yes but u have to make sure you go to the website and download the printing software
Will it print frim my android phone?
Answer: Yes
What is the width, depth, & height of this printer ?
Answer: it is about 5.55′ high, it is about 15.86″ wide and maybe 6.7″ deep, the sizes are at the bottom of the listing. Beware our printer grabs all the paper in the tray each time it prints, and I have to reload the paper between each page. That is the only issue.
Do I need to download the HP app to setup this printer?
Answer: Yes there is instructions that come with the printer how to download. If you don??t have the driver on the computer for this printer you??ll have to upgrade or download the driver.
