I bought this policy to cover a smart watch I purchased from Amazon. Lucky for me, because after just a few months it started acting crazy…constantly bringing up email messages I had already read and deleted from my phone. It also rebooted several times a day – draining the battery.

Asurion refunded the money with an Amazon gift card. The only hitch was…they didn’t refund it until they received the old watch back, meaning I had to pay up front for the replacement watch. Not a big deal, but I wasn’t told that there would be this delay when I filed the claim.

I have a policy on a very expensive router that began to fail after less than a year and they suggested I take it to a router repair shop, and pay for the repairs and they would reimburse me.

Is there really any such thing as a router repair shop. I tend to think these policies are a waste of money

is the sound quality good compared to a regular cd player?

The sound is just about right for little children.

A regular CD player comes with some deep base sounds which this product doesn??t have. But it has kept up very well since I bought it last year Christmas ( 2020) and the lights are cute at nights. The sound is clear. I think it??s a cool product for little kids??

can you chamge the light show so that it gradually changes instead of what looks like a party?
Answer: you can turn the light show off, but there is only the one setting in the on position for the lights.

Is the light show optional, can it be disabled?
Answer: Yes – have lights on or off (lights match music beats) kids love it!

Does the radio come in minnie mouse
Answer: Not that I am aware of
