I purchased this converter so that I could connect my Roku to an old television (manufactured back in the 90’s). After I dug old my old RF modulator, it was easy to use this converter to connect the Roku and the television.

Not sure if I received a faulty product or if it is just poorly made, but the picture quality was absolutely terrible. Worse than a TV from the 70??s using a tinfoil antenna in a valley surrounded by trees being constantly hammered with high winds and storms. I mean it was like trying to watch tv through coke bottle glasses when you have perfect vision and don??t need glasses. I have a Samsung HDTV with 2 broken hdmi ports. Thought this was the answer and it was not. Looks like I??m buying a new tv instead. SMH

Hello, will this work with an apple TV?
Answer: Yes, I am using it with a HD Apple TV 4th generation at 1080p. It works properly and I have not experienced any HDCP issues either. It may not work with the newer 4K Apple TV however, at least if that is set for 4K output.

Does this work for Xbox one to a projecter
Answer: Hi Frances, I don’t know a thing about Xbox one. What this converter does is the HDMI cable plugs into the unit then the signal is changed so you can plug in to RCA jacks like on an old TV. I hope this helps
