It was hand washed and hung inside out to dry.

I don’t know if it’s easy to clean, only on bed for a month. It seems to be breathable and not noisy but it wants to keep coming off my bed creating a wrinkle in the center
so I am constantly removing debating on one corner to pull it tight otherwise the wrinkle goes all the way across the bed. My bed does not require deep pocket sheets it is a sleep # bed but this pad said that it fits on any bed, just when you lay on it it wants to slip just a little but enough to notice. So if that doesn’t bother you or if you have a bed with that needs deep pocket sheets this might be a good option.

Answer: I would consider getting a larger size water proof mattress cover. For example if it??s a queen get a king size. It??s a great cover and I really love it but it does fit pretty snug.
