Can you use this for new video recording footage outside ?
Answer: I see no reason why you couldn??t! You must have a vhs recorder or hook a camera up to a vhs that records!
I was wondering when the tape was initially manufactured??
Answer: I bought them 5 years ago probably 6 to 7 years old
