5K LG monitor (discount returned item) red pixels all went dead. Had to open a claim (easy), talk with support analyst (quick and easy) who provided a pre-paid UPS shipping label, and pack up the monitor for shipping to the repair center (this was the hardest part since I only keep boxes a short time). Asurion inspection proved the monitor was not repairable, and my Amazon credit for a full refund appeared almost immediately. I don??t see how something like this could have gone any better.

So far I’ve been unable to file a claim for a broken vacuum. Thus far, Asurion has layered obstacles to filing a claim and has been non responsive, blaming the Corona Virus. If I am ultimately successful in repairing/replacing the item, this review will be revised. But at the moment, I cannot recommend the insurance for any product for which it might be offered.
