They sent me a prepaid label to send them my printer and that very same evening I had my credit so I could purchase a new printer. THAT IS SERVICE. I purchased this warranty for a portable monitor. Today when my monitor did not work (bought in June). I filed a claim on line, only to be told to contact the manufacturer. An hour and a half later, I was no closer to getting help. Amazon finally helped. But this was a waste of money.

Can i use as shortcut keys in programs to switch to different tools (i.e. ctrl + v)? can i use custom icons on lcd screen as well, my own designs?
Answer:

You can definitely record shortcuts AND make your own designs! Important thing here, you can’t press 2 Streamdeck keys at once to trigger. For example: you can make a Ctrl+V button, but you can’t make a Ctrl button and a “V” button. This was a bummer for my design tools but you can work around it and their Twitter ment??
