Thought I would give it a shot.
They didn??t even try fixing the item basically said they were going to send me a gift card for an amount they could not confirm the amount.
I need it repaired not replaced with a gift card. Terrible that they didn??t even try.

Will this fit for the Samsung Note 20 Ultra?

I am using Moza Mini Mi with my Huawei Mate 20 X (7.2 inch phone and 2 oz more than the 20 Ultra). Moza Mini Mi support up to 300 g. This Osmo 4 support up to 290, so it should work with your Note 20 Ultra. For me, some times the gimbal does lose balance due to the weight of the phone, but when you figure out how to??
I see reviews that this is not compatible with the iphone 12 pro, but in the questions it says it is. what is true? will it work with iphone 12 pro?
Answer: Sorry but my iphone 12 pro is perfectly at ease with the DJI OM4 not only that but I use it with a MIL grade case….
