Answer: Worked for my ford transit 150. Check Metra website for specific fittment. Year, make, model, factory features are all specific!
Does this support 6 speakers?
Answer: It supports 4 speakers only
What does ‘no cd/no nav vehicles only’ mean?
Answer: This harness only works in ford cars that don’t have a cd player and no navigation unit, as they require more wires in the harness
Can i connect 2 speakers to my mixer with just this? I want to run both speakers out of one input

yes just connect the male jack to your mixer or stereo then connect the female to your speakers you do have to get two extra Audio/Video Composite Cable to have connection
