NEVER had one of these backfire on me, not one, ever. They’re worth the price, and the price is eminently reasonable.

Longevity?…. I’ve never gone back to one I used and found a problem.

The print quality in black and white is perfect. Printing in color doesn’t equate with printing color on a Plex glossy… they’re different animals and shouldn’t be compared. If you want the best color, use a Plex glossy…. if you want decent to good color, these are fine. Printing titles and not pictures on a disk, these will be very good for you.

Let me start off by saying these are complete trash, and they have no longevity. I bought these 5 years ago. I created blu-rays in Adobe Encore, and burned them onto these. Again, that was 5 years ago. I watched the blu-rays then in their entirety. They worked fine. Today, I tried to view several of them, on different devices, my PC, Xbox One, PS4, and they don’t work. They weren’t just lying around. Some were in CD booklets, another was in a blu-ray case. They’ve been sitting there for years untouched. Nothing was dropped on them, they’re not scratched. Surely all of the good reviews were made well within a year of owning/using these, and like I said, they worked fine at the time. But they will not last. These are terrible. Stay away from them. I feel like I got… burned.

Is the printing surface of these discs glossy or matte?
Answer: Matte. I was told that glossy surface is not suitable for home printers. For the record I have a small video studio and I use these to deliver projects to clients. Prints on my printer come out great and no one has ever complained.

Hi, I couldn’t find information about the finish in these disk. Is it Matte or Glossy? Your help will be much appreciated.

The top is a white smooth finish a Matte finish refers to photographs as does glossy a high shine finish these disc have a white finish which you can print photos or graphics on, it is not a high shine more or a medium finish but pictures and text show up very well. Are these LTH or HTL?

What is the disc id on these? verbat-imf? or something else?
Answer: On mines, only a sequence of letters and numbers. I checked 2 coming from two different spindles, and what I saw is this:

Are these discs the same thickness as a regular disc? Im looking for a plain white surface to use adhesive labels on.

First and foremost, you should never, ever use adhesive labels on any discs, except maybe CDs. This advice I’m giving has been known by most users and pros for years.
