I bought a rather inexpensive paper shredder from Amazon and bought the extra insurance just in case. Well after having the shredder a little over a year it started to smell like something electrical was getting hot and ready to burn up. I hadn’t used it very much since I purchased it so I contacted Asurion and filled out the online report to file a claim. They told me to return the shredder and emailed me a prepaid return label. In a few weeks they emailed me a credit to Amazon towards the purchase of a new one or whatever else I wanted to purchase. It was quite easy and well worth the money to purchase the insurance since most items don’t last very long in our throw away world today. I’m very happy with the experience I had and did order a new shredder adding the Asurion policy of course.

Claim denied. Got amazon involved and they seemed to have fixed the problem. Amazon rep called Asurion and arranged for them to cover the item. Then got an email from Asurion saying send documentation which I did. Email back saying they wouldn??t cover the item ( A Razer corded Mouse). I spent an hour on this with Amazon and Asurion. What a waste of time Save your money.. Worthless warranty. NEVER AGAIN..

can i turn off backlight
Answer: Press the bulb key to turn off the backlight.

Can I take off the keyboard, and can I change the backlights color?
Answer: Hold the Function key which is the key with an Fn on it and and press A (Fn + A) to change the color on the right side. Press Fn + S to change the backlight colors of the middle portion and Fn + D to change the backlight color on the right side of the keyboard.

Is the charge port for this keyboard usb-c? I cant find any mention of the charge port in thr description.
