Purchased the 2 year accident coverage for a 99.99 tablet. When the person I bought the tablet for broke the screen, I reported it to Asurion. They immediately sent a shipping label and said that when they receive the broken tablet back I’d get a check for 99.99. As soon as the tablet was in UPS (before they received it even) – they sent an Amazon gift card for 99.99. They kept their end completely. I have almost always purchased protection on items. This is the first time I had to claim on Asurion and they did the job. Very pleased.
