Top Positive Review

I literally (and I mean that in the actual definition of the word) just opened it up and set my portable monitor on it (Asus MB169+) and it works perfectly. I bought a couple other (more expensive) stands which were nice, but I didn’t feel like they were sturdy enough for my monitor. This is one is very sturdy and folds up nicely for portability.

Top Critical Review

Bought this to use with my Galaxy Tab A.

If you’re using it solely as a stand to watch and not interact with, it’s fine. Very cheap way to just use as a mini-TV basically.

If you’re actually interacting with the tablet, you’re in for a very frustrating time. This was my use-case.

It is not sturdy. Very lightweight. Can’t extend the legs wide enough to provide more support.
It can fall over if you press the sides of the tablet. (flips backwards)
It constantly moves when interacting with the screen.

Want to quickly wipe down the screen to clean off fingerprints? Hah! Your tablet will be on the floor, even if you try to hold it.

I couldn’t even be bothered to return it and just gave it away. Replaced it with one of those full cases that has a stand built into it.

Also, the non-slip material they’re using on the bottom has a smell to it and will outgas for a while, along with get on whatever touches it.

Customer Questions & Answers

Will this work with a 13.3 inch tablet?
Answer: I’m using this with a Google Pixel slate in the landscape mode when I don’t want to use the keyboard case (i.e. I just want to use it as a tablet) and it works brilliantly. In fact it works better than it does with my iPad.

If you press the top left or top right of the screen doesn’t the tablet tend to flip?

If you push the top right corner, then the bottom left corner would have to come forward in order to flip anything over. That just doesn’t happen with such deep grooves in the base. If anything, you’ll just slide the stand back if you push too hard in landscape mode…or knock the whole thing over in portrait mode (and??

What is this made of?
Answer: The stand is as stated made of black very hard plastic construction with a non slip surface.
