Open-Ear Design – Patented bone conduction headphones deliver premium audio through the cheekbone. Unlike over ear headphones, Aeropex keeps you connected and aware of your surroundings.

Alright, first off, do not get the Trekz Air. These are MUCH better and worth the extra money. Anyways, here goes.

This thing is amazing. The battery lasts me a whole day of gaming.
The open ear design really helps. I can perfectly hear my surroundings while hearing my music or game audio crystal clear.
The button is also conveniently placed, as I can easily press it with my shoulder if I have full hands.
This thing is REALLY comfortable. I occasionally forget I’m even wearing it.
The microphone. For how small it is and how far from your mouth it is, it truly impresses me how it delivers such clear sound.
Theres only one thing that isn’t the best. It isn’t enough to bring the overall review down by one star, but it’s still not perfect. It’s the audio. More specifically the bass. If you like listening to bass boosted music or dubstep, this isn’t for you. Anything other than that is shockingly clear.
I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who is looking for a headset that won’t break the bank. It’s water resistant (I could even shower with them on), has crystal clear audio, even with the open ear design, connects easily, has a long lasting battery, is extremely comfortable and is very lightweight.

Top Critical Review

I’ve been using these pretty consistently for a couple of days now. I haven’t had to charge them yet, which may be partially due to the fact that I listen at a lower volume, which uses less energy. So far the fit is great. They don’t hurt my head or ears when I wear them for an extended time. While the fit is such that i can’t lie down without, I can wear the headband under my chin & lie down that way, which is really nice! (See image)

My only real reservation is that the signal beeps are WAY TOO LOUD, especially if you’re wearing earplugs with these headphones. The volume of the beep doesn’t change as the overall volume for the headphones changes… which means that if I use the volume buttons to turn down the volume and get used to the low volume of whatever I’m listening to, the loud beeps every time I press a button actually hurt my ears. With the result that if I’m wearing earplugs with these, I have to move the headphones out of place every time I want to just change the volume so that the beep doesn’t kill me. I like pretty much everything else about these headphones, but this con is definitely a big one for me. Why in the world did they make the beep so friggin loud?
