Submitted a claim after 5 months when laptop lid broke. Took two week for them to tell me it couldn??t be repaired. I had to call them repeatedly to get status – the claims system does not provide information. They ended up scrapping the computer and said they would refund my purchase price but now I have to find a new computer and the one I bought is no longer available. It??s 3 weeks later and I have to start the process all over again. Update: they processed my refund the next day – be aware you get an amazon gift card (but that??s ok because I would have bought from Amazon anyway). In retrospect, this was worthwhile as I would have been out of pocket for $200 without this.

Not worth it at all. Go to square trade or somewhere else. After going through the process of actually proving you bought the product (which is something you should have to do when buying the warranty in conjunction with a product on this site), you finally get to file a claim… At first they try to pawn you off on the manufacturer, and then finally agree to just reimburse you for the sale. My biggest problem is that I’m shelling out the money for a warranty like this to get a replacement if something happens, quick and easy like they do for cell phones. I’ve owned other ‘accident protection’ warranties from better companies who operate that way. This company, however, is a joke. If the price goes up on the product you paid to get replaced then oh well, that’s your problem.

Do yourself a favor and just got to Squaretrade.

Answer: I’m sorry cannot answer what is the best, but what i will tell you is what i like about this tablet is it’s a touch screen and when the tablet is apart it goes back together easily as it’s magnetic and so cool to connect, very easy. My grandchild loves this tablet, easy to operate and goes about 6 hours on a full charge.

What kind of Charger does this take? Hoping for usb.
Answer: It actually gives you 2 charges, a regular usb and a weird pin type of charger. 2 separate charging ports for 2 different types of chargers.
