When the battery wouldn’t charge fully on my video doorbell and drained within days, they wouldn’t cover it. I understand there have to be some limits on this kind of device insurance but for this issue isn’t the time limit enough? I’ve only had the doorbell for 5 months. Personally, I don’t see the point in spending the extra money for this plan when it seems to only cover spontaneous complete breakdowns, which is rarely to never what happens.
