I bought this TWICE. You know, to give the producer the benefit of the doubt. I have no idea how something this BROKEN crawled into my life like some physical manifestation of an ice cream headache. The first pair I bought broke within a week, and the problem seems to stem from where the cable meets the plug. It just stops working. So….I bought it again. And it happened again. I am not the type of customer thay complains, even if the service is bad. But this product really sucks.
And Im out money.
You all literally stole from me. Fix your business.
